上海亚达发搅拌设备有限公司是由中国石化集团上海工程有限公司的全国化工设备设计技术中心站、上海尔华杰机电装备制造有限公司共同投资组建的股份有限公司。公司集搅拌设备的研发、工程设计、设备制造、安装服务于一体，并拥有三类压力容器设计资格和能力，能为客户提供全方位配套服务。
公司拥有众多搅拌技术方面的专家，具有丰富的理论和实践经验，参与石油化工行业标准《石油化工搅拌器工程技术规定》的编制，公司拥有多项发明和实用新型国家专利，能够根据用户提供的过程参数及搅拌要求，设计和选择的搅拌设备。
公司提供的搅拌系统应用范围广泛，涉及到流体搅拌的所有领域，包括石油、化工、医药、轻工，食品，环保等各个行业。公司拥有专门实验室和各种专业测试设备，为用户提供各种不同搅拌要求的模拟实验。

The Shanghai RDF Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd. is constituted and invested by National Technology Center of Process Equipment (Synopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd.) and the Shanghai Erhuajie Mechanical-Electrical Device Manufacturing Co., Ltd.　The company takes the integration of R&D, engineering design, fabrication and installation service for agitating equipments. Our company has the qualification and ability for designing the third class pressure vessels and could provide the whole set service covering all aspects as the clients required.
The company has many skillful experts engaged in agitating technology. They accumulated much theoretical and practical experiences, and participated the stipulation work on petrochemical professional standard 《Engineering Specification of Agitators in Petrochemical Industry》. The company has a lot of inventions and new practical national patents, by which an optimum agitating equipment could be designed and selected in accordance with the client’s process parameters and agitating requirements.
The agitating system of the company could be applicable to a wide scope concerning with the fluid agitating fields including the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, environment, light and food industries etc. The company is constructed with special laboratory and equipped with various professional testing facilities to be used for the simulation experiment of different agitating requirements offered by the clients.
